Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Fence Company Foreman to oversee our fence installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fence installation and a proven track record of supervising crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate fence installation projects from start to finish
- Manage and lead a team of fence installers
- Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and company standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and team members
- Provide on-the-job training and support to team members as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fence installation
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of fence installation techniques and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA certification preferred
